Born into the World of Real Estate
With her mother and grandfather both in the 'business', Lindsey remembers dinner table conversations often revolving around Real Estate. It seems inevitable that she would one day follow in their footsteps.
Fast forward to 2017 – Lindsey is excited to embark on her new career as third generation Realtor with Welsh & Co.. She joins her mother, Karin Welsh, from their base in Uxbridge with RE/MAX All-Stars.

Prior to joining Welsh & Co., Lindsey spend 10+ years in the fast paced golf sponsorship and events industry.
Lindsey worked for a Sports and Entertainment Agency – one of the largest in the world – on the sponsorship side, managing sponsorships for major Canadian companies such as RBC, Bell Canada, CP Rail, Manulife, and Shaw.
From this experience, Lindsey developed a commitment and attention to detail which rivals the best of the best.
She understands the emotional, and sometimes stressful, process of buying and selling a home, and can gently modify the experience to align with a positive outcome.
Lindsey is dedicated and motivated to ensure her clients are fully informed and comfortable throughout the process.
Making a Home in Durham Region
Lindsey is married to Brad Smulders, former National Dutch Hockey team member. Brad played professional hockey in Europe for 8 years, and 4 years playing for the Dutch National Team.
Lindsey and Brad are very excited to raise their first-born daughter, younger brother, and baby sister in Durham Region.
